3. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
Personal data is only transferred to third parties for the following purposes. No other transfers occur.
Data will be transferred to third parties:
a) If you have explicitly given your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR,
b) In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, if the transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or to safeguard our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of third parties, and if there is no overriding interest of yours that would prevent such a transfer,
c) If there is a legal obligation for the transfer under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, and
d) If necessary for the execution of contractual relationships with you under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

4. Service Providers
In various cases, service providers assist our departments in fulfilling their tasks. Appropriate data protection agreements have been concluded with these service providers.

5. Necessary Transfers
If necessary, personal data may be transferred to certain public authorities (e.g., tax authorities, law enforcement, and customs authorities).

6. Rights of Data Subjects
In accordance with Articles 15-22 GDPR, the rights of data subjects include:

7. Intent of Transfer to Third Countries
Data will only be transferred to third countries (outside the European Union or European Economic Area) if this is necessary for the performance of a contract, required by law, or if you have given your consent.

8. Provision of Data
To initiate and manage a contractual relationship, you are required to provide certain personal data. This is necessary for the establishment, performance, and termination of the contractual relationship and to fulfill related contractual and legal obligations. Failure to provide such data will prevent the contract from being executed.

9. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use any purely automated processing procedures to make decisions based on personal data.

10. Retention and Deletion of Data
We store all personal data received from you only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was provided or as required by law. Once the purpose is fulfilled and/or the statutory retention periods expire, the data will be deleted or blocked.

Website Visit
Our website is hosted by Strato, a provider based in Germany, and includes a landing page hosted by ClickFunnels, a provider based in the USA. The necessary contractual framework to comply with applicable data protection regulations has been concluded with both providers.
 1. Collection and Storage of Personal Data, Purpose of Use
a) IP Address
When visiting the website, information is automatically sent by your browser to our web server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following data is collected:

 • IP address of the requesting device
 • Date and time of access
 • Name and URL of the retrieved file
 • Website from which access occurred
 • Used browser and operating system
This data is processed for the following purposes:
 • Ensuring correct website display
 • Enabling comfortable use
 • Ensuring system security
The collection of data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, where our legitimate interest lies in the aforementioned purposes. Data that can be traced back to you, such as the IP address, will be deleted after 7 days at the latest. If stored for longer, the data will be pseudonymized.

 2. Cookies
Our website uses cookies.
Cookies are small data packets created by your browser during your visit and stored on your device. Cookies store information related to your visit, such as usage behavior and duration. A legitimate interest is thus based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
You can set your browser to reject cookies, but this may limit the functionality of the website.
 3. Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel (former Facebook) on our website. This code allows Meta to determine if a user has arrived at our website via a Meta ad. If you are logged into Meta while visiting, Meta can link the visit to your user account.
 4. Calendly LLC
We use Calendly LLC for scheduling. Calendly does not access personal data during sign-up, but hosts data on Amazon Web Services and Google with encryption.
 5. Social Media Usage
We have links to Facebook, Xing, and LinkedIn on our website. By following these links, you agree to the privacy policies of the respective platforms.
 6. WebinarJam
We use WebinarJam for webinars. WebinarJam is a service provided by Genesis Digital, LLC, based in the USA. The necessary contractual agreements to ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR, have been concluded.
 7. SSL Encryption
Our website uses SSL encryption for secure transmission of data.
 8. Messenger and Meeting Services
We use Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Zoom for customer communication. Please note that these services have their own privacy policies regarding data processing.
 9. CopeCart GmbH
We use CopeCart GmbH for payment processing. CopeCart is based in Germany and complies with GDPR regulations.

Customers, Suppliers, and Prospects
We collect, process, and store data from customers, suppliers, and prospects for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.
